Where are your rings?

Every order ships with tracking. Here is what happens after you check out.

  1. 1We dispatch your orderOrders leave our warehouse within 1–3 business days.
  2. 2You get a tracking emailAs soon as your order ships we email you a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.
  3. 3Your rings arriveDelivery across Australia usually takes 7–14 business days after dispatch.

If you ordered in the last few business days, your tracking email may still be on its way.

No tracking email?

It is almost always in spam.

Check your spam and promotions folders first. If it is not there, get in touch with the name and email address you used at checkout and we will send your tracking details straight back to you.

Still can't find it?

A person answers every message within 1–2 business days.
