Why we started with your hands

Because of a study.

The PURE study found that grip strength was a stronger predictor of all-cause and cardiovascular mortality than systolic blood pressure.

That finding describes an association across a population. It is not a promise about any product, ours included. But it left us with a simple question: if grip matters this much, why does almost nobody train it on purpose?

So we made it simple to start. Eight colour-coded silicone rings, each with three loads marked on its sides, climbing from 20 to 100 kg in 5 kg steps.
